Free Gas for Cabot Residents is available from 8-5PM Monday to Friday. 1700 gallons of free regular unleaded gasoline will be available from the large tank in the Willey Building parking lot. This fuel is a generous donation from Harry’s Hardware as their underground tanks had to be removed following the flood.
Protocol for pickup follows:
- Gas is for flood/disaster relief purposes – ATVs for residents on blocked roads, generators, power washers, etc . You will need to sign a register for any gas you collect.
- The tank is locked – please locate one of the following people to open it for you – Johanna Thibault at Harry’s Hardware, Fire Chiefs Dean Deasy 802-595-5748 & Will Ameden 802-917-1162, Assistant Town Clerk Michelle Leclerc (emergency only) 802-562-2279.
