Some general information for voting on Tuesday, November 5.
If you want to drop your ballot off between now and next Tuesday, we have a ballot slot (which is marked by a large red arrow, between the bulletin board and the right of the back door). This is slot is connected to a box that is very secure. The only persons that have access to this box are Cabot Election Officials. These will be picked up throughout the weekend If you did mail your ballot in the last week, the United State Postal Service advised they will be delivering the ballots to our office by close of election on Tuesday.
You can always check on the Vermont Secretary of State Website, My Voter Page, to see if we have received your ballot or Monday morning give us a call and we can check to see if we have received your ballot. You can also come in on Tuesday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and cast your ballot yourself that day. Do not hesitate to contact us at 563-2279 for any questions or concerns you may have.
