Water System – Hydrant Flushing
The Town of Cabot will be flushing Fire Hydrants this Wednesday and Thursday, October 28 and 29. As a result of line flushing, residents may experience a temporary discoloration of their water. The discoloration consists primarily of silt and air and does not affect the safety of the water. If you experience discoloration in your water, clear the pipes in your home by running all of the faucets for a few minutes. If the discoloration continues for more than 24 hours, please contact our office. 802-563-2279
Thank you,
Brittany Butler-Town Clerk
